Russian industry, and indeed industry around the world, have encountered unprecedented challenges in human resources policy. 45% of employers around the world cannot find applicants with the required skills to fill their leadership positions and 70% of employers blame their countries’ educational systems for this problem.On July 13th in Ekaterinburg, an open dialogue between the leaders of industry, the leaders of education and young people will be held at INNOPROM, Russia’s largest industrial exposition.The topics of discussion will include:
