December 20, 2017, Moscow. The Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Moscow hosted the presentation of INNOPROM-2018 as the Main International Industrial Trade Fair in Russia and the Russia-China EXPO, which will be held for the second time concurrently with INNOPROM on July 9-12, 2018. Anton Atrashkin, INNOPROM Business Program Director, addressed the audience as part of the general presentation of Sverdlovsk Region investment and economic potential.
The Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Evgeny Kuivashev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Russian Federation Li Hui, Director of EXPO-2025 Bid Committee Svetlana Sagaydak, and other officials participated in the meeting with Chinese corporate representatives and the authorities.
In his presentation, Evgeny Kuivashev focused on investment and economic potential of the Sverdlovsk Region and talked about the Region's involvement in major international meetings and event organization in the Urals.
Director of EXPO-2025 Bid Committee Svetlana Sagaydak presented Russia's bid for hosting World Universal Expo-2025 in Ekaterinburg.
In his presentation for the Chinese partners, Director of INNOPROM Business Program Anton Atrashkin stated,
"The synergy between the Main Industrial Trade Fair INNOPROM and the main bilateral Russia-China EXPO is obvious: two huge exhibitions, new participants, and new exhibitors. Ekaterinburg welcomes corporate representatives from all over the world, and they have a lot to discuss. I am pleased that Russia-China EXPO participants include not only China's industrial giants, but also small and medium businesses."
