According to the draftspersons, adoption of the law will encourage development of modern system of engineering and technical education for specialists, improve conditions for economic activity in the sphere of designing, constructive activity and other types of engineering activity and create favourable environment for creation and implementation of new national technologies.
Rector of the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N.Yeltsin Mr Viktor Koksharov will take part in discussion of the draft law together with federal officials and heads of the enterprises.
“Complex training program is adopted and works on the territory of the region for skilled personnel including engineers of different professions from an early age. The program determines basic conceptual approaches to development of training program for labour and engineering skills through the systems of continuing technical education. I am sure that the experience of Ural specialists will be taken into account in the frame of discussion of the draft law on the professional engineers”, - Mr Andrei Misyura explained, whose words are in the message.

International Industrial Trade Fair INNOPROM has been held annually in Ekaterinburg since 2010. In 2014, INNOPROM hosted around 600 companies from 70 countries. Ekaterinburg was visited by more than 30 foreign delegations. During INNOPROM, 19 major agreements were signed totaling 6 bn roubles.
