The Award Board includes Russian and foreign industrial innovation experts, heads of business associations and development institutions, and representatives of business mass media. The Board is chaired by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov. In 2018, the Russian industrial Oscar will be conferred for the fifth time.

Application assessment commences on April 10. Approximately 120 experts will be evaluating submitted materials and rank them in their respective field.
Before June 20, information on five finalists will be published on INDUSTRIA website (www.industriaprize.ru).
Finally, in the beginning of July, the panel of judges will select the winner by a secret ballot.
