INNOPROM’s operator, GC Formika, is testing out a new format, when the opening ceremony and the Fair are held on different days. INNOPROM’s business program lasting several days implies that each exhibition event, including cultural events, is aimed at professional networking. In other words, the participants of INNOPROM should get maximum opportunities for valuable communications.
This concept is supported by organizers of leading industrial fairs worldwide, and by the German Hannover Messe, in particular. Asat INNOPROM, business program and exhibition are held in Hannover Messe exhibition center. However, informal communications between CEOs and officials begin the night before, at the opening ceremony and the reception, which take place in a different venue.
More than 1,500 thousand participants will be invited to the opening ceremony and reception, including business leaders, heads of Russian and international companies, and ministers fromseveral countries. "The concept, when the official opening ceremony takes place at night and the exhibition begins to work the next morning is clear and familiar to CEOs of international industrial companies and officials. For example, in 2012 China was a partner country in Hannover Messe. Wen Jiabao, who at the time was the prime minister of China, participated in the opening of the Hanover exhibition, together with Angela Merkel. In 2013, Russia was a partner country in Hannover. The industrial ballet was presented at the opening ceremony, says Maxim Zverkov, president of Formika. – When thinking of the INNOPROM 2015 opening ceremony, we chose the most popular format. We are looking forward to seeing not only top managers of Russian and Chinese companies, but also CEOs of industrial enterprises from many other countries.”
The main theme of the International Exhibition INNOPROM 2015 is "Industrial Efficiency.” It will be reflected in the opening ceremony. That way, the program on July 7th will include a colorful technological show, vivid images that reveal the modern idea of global leaders in advanced manufacturing. The concert hall will be transformed into ultramodern space specifically for the show. Area for video projections will be more than 300 sq. meters and will be used for the production of high-tech visual solutions.
In addition to formal presentations and the Technological Show, an important part of the opening ceremony will be the Second annual National Industrial Award "Industria". The Award distinguishes domestic enterprises that independently developand produce new types of intellectual products. The award, which has been called the"Russian Industrial Oscar" by the media, was presented for the first time in 2014 by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.
