Russian industry, and indeed industry around the world, have encountered unprecedented challenges in human resources policy. 45% of employers around the world cannot find applicants with the required skills to fill their leadership positions and 70% of employers blame their countries’ educational systems for this problem.On July 13th in Ekaterinburg, an open dialogue between the leaders of industry, the leaders of education and young people will be held at INNOPROM, Russia’s largest industrial exposition.The topics of discussion will include:
The leading experts in the sphere of education and human resources policy have been invited to discuss the challenges facing industry and education: Dmitri Livanov (Ministry of Education and Science of Russia,) Georgi Kalamanov, (Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Russia,) Andrei Volkov (SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management,) Alla Vuchkovich (United Aircraft Corporation,) Oleg Sienko (Uralvagonzavod R&D and Manufacturing Corporation,) Andrei Kozitzin (YGMK-Holding,) Alexander Kashirin (Rostechnology State Corporation,) Vladimir Dovgiy (OBORONPROM) and many others.Within the framework of this project, corporations will demonstrate what makes their enterprises and the associated professions attractive for high school and university students, as well as career opportunities for young specialists.
