On 16 July the INNOPROM 2011 forum programme will include a presentation by the Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association (CERBA). It is planned that the Canadian delegation will include John Sloan, Canada’s Ambassador in Russia, John M. Place, chief representative of Export Development Canada (EDC), and Nathan Hunt, President of CERBA. The Canadians’ interest and participation in the “INNOPROM 2011” forum is confirmation of the significance of the international scale of the event, which is opening up possibilities for fruitful interaction not only in the discussions but also as part of future practical cooperation.
The Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association has offices in Moscow, Toronto, Montreal and Calgary and has more than 200 members – corporations and private individuals – from various industries. As an association, CERBA includes a long list of contacts and frequent business events, information seminars for Canadian companies on important topics concerning the market in Eurasian countries, an annual national conference, committees of the Canada–Russia Business Council, and marketing services and advice.
