Expert Council of the National Industrial Award INDUSTRIA reveals five nominees which made it to the final stage in the year 2019. The winner will be announced at the Official INDUSTRIA Award Ceremony on Day 1 of INNOPROM-2019 International Industrial Trade Fair (July 8-11, 2019, Ekaterinburg).
COUNCIL VOTE DETERMINED THE FOLLOWING INDUSTRIA-2019 NOMINEES:
S-INNOVATIONS LLC (Moscow)
Product: second generation superconductor wire
HEVEL Group (Novocheboksarsk)
Product: photoelectric heterojunction (amorphous/monocrystalline silicon transformation) solar module with cell efficiency rating 22% and over 310W capacity
PJSC Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant (Chelyabinsk)
Product: development and industrial implementation of practically significant technology for the production of grade In-0000 (99,9999%) high purity metallic indium
AO Severstal Management (Moscow)
Product: coiled tubing, i.e. very long and flexible metal pipes used in lieu of conventional composite kellies in oil and gas wells
Nizhegorodpolimerstroy LLC (Nizhny Novgorod)
Product: polymeric sand products, i.e. new generation of composites made of recycled high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene or polypropylene polymer (25%), sand (75%), and coloring agent
A total of 70 companies submitted their applications. 59 applicants complied with official selection criteria and were considered for the Award.
- Technological novelty – evaluation of technology efficiency and its advantages against existing solutions;
- Economic effect – demand analysis, commercialization forecast, market share dynamics, and economic benefits for end consumers;
- Cross-industry potential – evaluation of systemic effect on the development of various industries, potential for application in other sectors/industries, performance enhancement, better competitiveness, and higher growth rates;
- Global market focus – assessment of export indicators against total company output; foreign activity indicators.
National Industrial Award INDUSTRIA was founded in 2014 by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to encourage the application of promising industrial technologies in industrial production and to promote public recognition of best industrial development practices implemented by Russian companies. The Award was assigned the Government award status in 2015.
INDUSTRIA seeks to facilitate the development of strategic priorities of Russia's national industrial policy and promote them both at home and internationally
INNOPROM is an annual International Industrial Trade Fair that has been held in Ekaterinburg since 2010. Over the ten years of its existence, INNOPROM has become Russia's major event dedicated to showcasing the latest industrial technologies and solutions and has proven its efficiency as a trade site and instrument for promoting the exports of Russian industrial products. INNOPROM is the fastest growing exhibition in Eurasia. Since 2015, the trade fair has featured a Partner Country.
